It is tested to 500MHz frequency range and designed to support 1000Base-T and 1000Base-Tx applications. Extremely high pair-balance providing excellent EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), minimizing radiation, maximizing noise immunity, and providing high alien crosstalk performance to U/UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) cabling systems. Cat 6A Double jacket Steel Tape Armoured with Jelly Filled External Cable consists of PE insulated 23AWG Solid Bare Electrolytic Grade Copper Conductors, twisted 4 pair stranded over Cross Separator filler, jelly filled compound, polyester tape wrapped around the insulated pairs for moisture absorption, ECCS Tape Armour, and an inner PVC and outer PE sheath. Cable is suitable for installation in ducts, conduits, and other wet environments. Cable can be laid fully submerged, but care must be taken to protect the two ends of the cable from water ingress and to keep the cable jacket intact.
